Full and Partial House Clearance
A practical domestic clearance service, whether you need a full house clearance or help with selected rooms. Before work begins, we agree what goes, what stays, access and the price.

A straightforward service
Full or Partial House Clearances
A house clearance can cover the whole property or just the rooms and items you no longer need. We can remove furniture, white goods and general household contents from the agreed areas, including lofts, garages and sheds.
We work with homeowners, families, landlords and tenants. Before starting, we confirm who is giving the instructions and clearly identify any belongings that must stay.
01
Show us what needs to be cleared
Tell us where the property is, which rooms or areas are involved and what needs to stay. Photographs can help us assess the work initially.
02
Agree access and timing
We confirm practical details such as keys, parking, stairs and when the property needs to be ready.
03
Confirm the scope and price
The removal list, retained belongings and price are agreed before work starts so everyone is working to the same plan.
04
Complete the agreed work
We remove the agreed items, separate usable goods where appropriate and sweep the areas before handover.

Belongings, Access and What Happens Next
Tell us about items that must remain, restricted areas and any access considerations. This might include key collection, parking, stairs, lifts or working around a move, sale or other property appointment.
Once the work is complete, the agreed areas are swept and left ready for whatever comes next. If the property is being prepared between tenancies, our dedicated landlord and end-of-tenancy page explains that process in more detail.

Reuse Where Appropriate and Licensed Waste Disposal
Usable goods can be separated for donation or resale where appropriate. Remaining waste is taken to licensed waste facilities by a SEPA-registered waste carrier, so the contents leaving the property follow an appropriate waste route.
