Remaining furniture and contents
We remove unwanted furniture, white goods and general contents from the rooms included in the agreed scope.
Landlords, letting agents and tenants
Our landlord clearance service removes unwanted furniture and remaining contents between tenancies, with the scope, access and handover agreed before work starts.

Between tenancies
When unwanted items remain after a tenancy, the work may need to fit around access, cleaning, repairs and the next handover. We agree which rooms and contents are included, what must stay and the relevant dates before confirming the job.

We remove items left behind so the agreed areas are ready for cleaning, repairs, inspection or re-letting.
We coordinate keys, property access and handover with the authorised landlord, letting agent, tenant or property contact.
Before work begins, we identify any fixtures, appliances, furnishings or personal belongings that must stay.
Before the job
The landlord, letting agent, tenant or other property contact arranging the work must be authorised to instruct us. We agree who will provide access, which items are to be removed and how the property and keys should be handed back.
If fixtures, appliances or furnishings are staying for the next tenancy, identify them clearly before work begins. Once the job is complete, the agreed areas are swept, ready for the cleaning, repair or inspection work that follows.
Licensed waste handling
